The 8” Haix Airpower R2 is constructed with hydrophobic, breathable leather in conjunction with a CROSSTECH inner liner that is highly abrasion resistant and waterproof. The Airpower R2 offers superior protection against bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and bacteria. The built in Arch Support System ensures superior foot support and shock absorption with an improved heel and arch design that cradles the foot securely and allows for increased comfort and range of motion for long days on duty. The newly developed lightweight, impact-absorbing sole, is heat resistant, oil and gasoline resistant as well as non-marking. Reflective elements were added to the boot for ease of visibility on night-time runs. The best boot for EMS who also encounter hot grounds/terrains and brush fires.
