Guittard Cocoa Rouge

Cocoa Rouge is a full dutched cocoa and is part of the Collection Etienne  and has an excellent aroma, flavor, uniform grind fineness and beautiful red color. 100% cacao content with 22% to 24% total fat and a pH of 7.1-7.5. Guittard has been crafting chocolate for five generations, making a premium chocolate that delivers a spectrum of flavor for a variety of applications. Medium fat – Dutch process cocoa processed with Potassium carbonate. Made in a peanut-free, tree nut-free & gluten-free manufacturing facility. Smaller amounts are repackaged.
