Tomato Basil Bisque - Frozen (Serves 3+)

Our taste testers said this one reminded them of a very popular soup from a national chain. We managed to achieve a similar flavor profile while only using a touch of cream to balance out the acidity. The final product is high in tomato flavor, with a little kick from a touch of red pepper, and some extra seasoning from our basil pesto. It is pretty delicious, if we do say so ourselves.
