Einkorn flour is the world's oldest cultivated wheat, known for its great taste in pancakes, muffins and pan breads. High in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, this heritage grain is nutritious and easy to digest. Here at the farm, Hannah often mixes it in with our artisan Farm Flour for a nuttier and more flavorful sourdough bread loaf.
