The sweet and spicy notes of our hot pepper Balsamic vinegar are beautifully balanced by an assertive kick of chili pepper. You will taste the sweetness of the Balsamic first and only in a second moment the chili kicks in.  The moderately spicy taste is perfectly balanced with the deep flavor or our wood barrel aged traditional balsamic. Add a little spice to your life! Be sure to use over your tacos, to liven up a traditional charcuterie board, or to glaze those wings.
