This listing is for a Tulip dress and Short Set which is part of the Flower Shop Collection where you can see so many other colors.  This beautiful dress with wrap around ruffled shorts come in a beautiful tulip color 100% cotton linen fabric. This beautiful set is designed in the US by Ada Tamburrino and handcrafted to every detail in Europe by our private artisan tailors in their small shops The dress is made with 100%cotton linen fabrics, 100% cotton lace, 100% cotton full lining, and tulle lace with cotton threading. The skirt length is between vintage (very short to over the knee) Please request certain lengths if it is a preorder and we can make it possible for you. We added 10- 12 layers of tulle for the sewn in petti skirt other than the two layers of lace skirt and the full lining to  give that puffy look you love! Please contact us if you'd like less puff.
