"Veggies" is an amazing restaurant in Ardmore OK. It is owned & run by dear friends of Emma ( Barbara O'Neill's daughter who runs this website ) , Tom & Mary Bernt. This book was written by Mary Bernt. This is Emma's favourite of all her cookbooks, other than Mums old hand written ones that is !!! We hope you enjoy her recipes as much as we do. Very soon on this website there will be a new cookbook co-written by Barbara, Emma & a friend.....  it is being written & photographed as you read this !!! Happy cooking!!!
