Product Overview The Lagree Fitness M3K Megaformer Reformer Machine is specially designed for core and muscle endurance and development. The M3K and above are great for planking, lunges, and standing exercises. The M3K (and the M3E and M3X) provide more adaptability for each person’s body frame and size and is great for those over 6’4”. This is the first model to include triangular grips for added comfort and stability. Features Carriage: The side rail from M3S has been extended on the M3K and includes pads between the rails on the front and back. Four (4) side openings are located at the front of the carriage, and four (4) additional side openings are located at the back of the carriage. Handles are also located in the middle of the carriage.
