Introducing the Adventure Box from Barista Parlor! We're thrilled to finally share this project we've been developing, designed to deepen your coffee experience. Each box explores a unique facet of coffee, from terroir and roast to variety and processing, by showcasing a specific farm or producer. This approach allows us to minimize variables and truly highlight the distinct characteristics of each featured coffee. Our inaugural Adventure Box takes you to Los Pirineos, a remarkable farm in Usulután, El Salvador. Diego Baraona now leads operations, carrying on the legacy of his father, Gilberto. Los Pirineos is renowned for its commitment to quality, innovation, and experimentation, setting them apart in the coffee world. Adding to their distinction is a cultivated variety garden boasting over 100 different coffee varieties and species, ranging from the familiar to the truly exotic. This first kit offers a curated tasting journey through the diverse varieties and processes of Los Pirine
