Our newest Barista Parlor blend is designed for those moments when you want to "downshift" – to enjoy the ritual and flavor of coffee with half the caffeine. We've carefully selected two standout coffees for this blend. First, the beloved Finca Terrerito from Honduras, known for its versatile, round, and chocolaty profile, which you might recognize from our Copilot blend. It provides a solid, delicious foundation. Second, a truly exceptional sugar cane processed decaf from Colombia. We know, "decaf" can be a loaded word. But this isn't your average decaf. The sugar cane process, using a natural derivative from sugarcane, gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee's true origin characteristics. You'd be hard-pressed to tell it's decaf in a blind tasting. In your cup, you'll find the familiar, comforting
