Whoa!! The shallow root system of this plant requires drier soil so make sure to let it completely dry out in between waterings. The bulbous trunks retain moisture, which allows the plant to withstand drought. Fun fact: if you keep this plant outside during the growing season (spring and summer), it will be able to tolerate lower light condition when you bring it inside for the fall and winter.   Plants in 6" Nursery Pots can only be purchased for in store pickup!
