Each insert includes a built-in spark arrestor and installs easily into the end cap of your exhaust can. Available Sizes 1-Inch Standard Quiet Core – Fits most Barker’s Exhaust Systems (Quietest Option) Most single exhaust systems (Example: 250cc, 350cc, 400cc & 450cc) 1.5-Inch High Flow Quiet Core – Required for Snowmobile and Single Exhaust Systems over 500cc. (Examples: Honda TRX700XX Single Exhaust, Raptor 700 Single Exhaust, Grizzly 700 Slip-On Exhaust) The larger size allows for proper exhaust flow to reduce heat buildup in the muffler. Using a 1-inch core on these systems can cause excessive heat and prematurely break down the exhaust packing.
