DEI Exhaust Wrap

We offer 3 types of DEI Exhaust Wraps based on your needs. The Standard Tan & Black DEI Exhaust Wraps is what you'd find in most stores and is an easy low-cost solution for heat protection. The DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap is what we use on our "pre-wrapped" systems and is highly durable and pliable. Considered to be DEI's best wrap, the EXO Series Exhaust Wrap offers a sinister look with maximum durability and is ideal for the extreme off-road rider. Barker's Comments: Our recommendation for any Exhaust Wrap is to use it for localized protection. A fully wrapped header can look really sharp and knock a ton of heat down on your machine, but be aware that the more heat that's trapped inside, the hotter your muffler will run. This can reduce the life of your exhaust system as the packing around the exhaust will burn up much more quickly.  By using the wrap in certain areas, you will keep the heat away from spots where you may not want it, yet still allow for heat to dissipate.
