Where has this thing been all your life?  That's what you'll ask when you use this for your first time!  The large mixing head of our dough hook makes mixing ingredients a breeze.  Not just for bread, we use our dough hook for just about anything you mix in a bowl (cookies, cake and pancake batter, etc.).  A great tool to prevent over mixing those delicate doughs. The handle is very comfortable and beautifully crafted from American hardwoods (Walnut, Maple, and Cherry).  We use a copper ferrule and heavy gauge stainless steel wire, making our dough hook incredibly durable.  These are handmade in the USA by the craftsman of Barlow & Co.
