Appalachian Honey-Lightly Salted Creamed (12oz jar)

From the Appalachian Beekeeping Collective: Our delicious Lightly Salted Creamed Honey is delicious and has a smooth spreadable consistency. We use Heirloom Salt from JQ Dickinson Saltworks, a West Virginia family company owned by 7th generation salt-makers. This salt is harvested by hand from an ancient ocean trapped below the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia's Kanawha Valley. ABC makes our creamed honey from our raw Appalachian mountain honey, controlling a cold crystallization of the honey so that the honey crystals all grow small and uniform. This method creates a finished product with a lovely creamy texture. Creamed honey is raw, and contains all the health benefits of our traditional Appalachian honey. Please note we do not ship our flavored creamed honey in the warmer months because the heat can reverse the creaming process.
