King Cake The pastry known as a King Cake is a South Louisiana tradition enjoyed throughout the whole state! It is typically served from January 6th through Mardi Gras Day.  We have gone with the classic flavors of cream cheese, vanilla and cinnamon for our "King Cake Coffee".  Enjoy it now because we are sticking to tradition and will only have it for sale until... February 15th, 2025!  We have created our flavored coffees for those who are trying to avoid sugary syrups but are also avoiding artificial sugars and flavors.  Why limit yourself to vanilla or hazelnut in flavored coffees?
