Swallow and Gears in Resin

Show off your unique personality while wearing this beautifully hand-crafted one-of-a-kind pendant made using up-cycled watch parts. I weave together time to create these one of a kind jewelry pieces with antique watch parts from the 1860's - 1950's. This pendant is created using an antique pocket watch movement band as the bezel. The the gears, small watch parts and swallow charm were meticulously placed by hand before getting set with a crystal clear jewelers grade resin. I  hand-painted back of the resin with the blue and then with black. Several layers of gears and resin are layered before the final doming layer of resin which gives the resin a high gloss shine. All gears and parts are from recycled watches carefully taken apart to preserve the pieces that are up to 150 years old. You will receive a matching chain with a legth of 24”, a jump ring will also be attached at 20", giving you the opportunity to wear this piece at two different lengths.
