Aldo Marenco – Pirun– Dogliani DOCG – 2020

Pirun is local dialect for the hills that crown the village of Dogliani. It's here that Claudio Marenco grows the fruit for this fresh and fruity Dolcetto. Aged briefly in concrete before a little more time in the bottle before release, this wine is meant for immediate and immense pleasure. Bright red fruit abounds, soft in tannin and acid this gem appeals to the palate and the heart in a way only some wines from Piedmont can.
