Two minutes as the crow flies from the domaine this wine comes from the place called “La Gagère” on the heights of the Saint-Amour appellation. The vines are spread across four plots. Two of these plots face north, which brings a lot of freshness to the wine. The granite soil is distinguished by a high clay content. These heavy soils produce a deep wine that reveals ripe fruit with chocolate notes and a smooth, velvety palate.
