A rare single varietal Vespolina. Typically in this region it is used as a blender for Nebbiolo, adding color, spice and soft tannins. In exceptional years the Sertorio’s bottle it on its own. And as the name implies this is a spicy little number. Loads of black pepper on the nose and palate, good acidity and solid tannins.
