Personal Financial Literacy (Upper School) NEW!
Credit: 0.5 Level: College Prep. (Honors available) Upper school students will explore the essential skills and knowledge needed to make informed and responsible financial decisions. Through practical lessons and engaging activities, students will gain a foundational understanding related to banking, budgeting, spending, saving, credit, insurance, taxes, and paying for college. Students will explore strategies, decision making, and tools to make sound personal financial decisions. Note: This course focuses on financial programs, policies, and practices specific to the United States, so it is not recommended for those who are not in or planning to be in the U.S. Honors Credit: To receive Honors credit, you must enroll concurrently in the Honors Addendum for this course.
