The Safety Workshop is geared towards the keeping you and your family safe from known and unknown threats inside and outside the home. We will focus on being self aware, becoming good observers through proper fundamental skills based on offensive and defensive techniques. We will also practice the OODA Loop decision-making process of Observe, Orient, Decide and Act.
