PVS-14BE is a highly versatile NV monocular that can be utilized for a number of applications including combat, rescue and surveillance missions. It can be used as a handheld or hands-free single-eye goggle, or as a night vision weapon system when coupled with a daytime red dot or a holographic sight. The device is power sufficient running up to 40 hours from a single AA battery. The unit has a durable, lightweight housing that is one of the most compact in the NV industry. To enhance viewing capabilities, the system can be paired with a 3.0x MIL SPEC Afocal lens that is easily attached to the monocular using a snap-on action.
