This dry-burned caramel sauce has an incredibly deep flavor profile, combining notes of earthy nuttiness, slight bitter caramelization and a sweetness that isn’t too sweet. Finished with the perfect amount of Pacific Coast sea salt to bring everything together into the best true caramel you may have had. PACIFIC COAST SEA SALT We use salt harvested off of the pacific coast in this caramel sauce, and we use just enough to give way to saltiness, but not overpowered by it. We use organic dairy from WA state farms and as always, this sauce is made with human arms, dry-burned over a copper pot. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Salted caramel sauce is good on everything!
