Peach White Balsamic Vinegar

My person favorite balsamic that I have been using for years! A little goes a long ways & mixed with olive oil it makes the perfect wii m salad dressing.  This white balsamic vinegar is made in Modena, Italy, from local grapes then aged in oak barrels. The peaches are picked when ripe, crushed & then ferment naturally. After they are added for a sweet + fruity vinegar. This makes an amazing salad dressing, drizzle on cheese, drizzle on meats, & soft mild cheeses.  - We will ship recipe cards w/your order! Gluten Free.
