This Wildfire Cider is based on a traditional folk recipe. It is infused with organic ginger, organic turmeric, organic horseradish and organic peppers.  Apples grown locally in California Made just steps away from the orchard Hand-crafted in small batches Aged in oak barrels for two years! Contains the live vinegar mother Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference! How it tastes:  Complex and warming from the fresh ginger, turmeric, horseradish and peppers.
