Rosalba focuses on improving the lives of each coffee producer in her community. This lot offers up a sweet cup with a hit of dried fruit. We take this bean to a dark roast to accentuate it's more comforting attributes - bold but smooth, sweet but balanced with a mild acidity. This is a versatile coffee, but we particularly enjoy it as a classic pour-over.
