Cosmic Purple Stretchy Hemp Tube Dress

Cosmic Purple Stretchy Hemp Tube Dress Colors are morning glory purple with water blue waves, hand painted over natural white.   Measurements are taken laying flat, not stretched.  There's a hint of lycra in this medium weight organic cotton/hemp blend fabric.  The curled edges are raw cut and will not fray.  The design is reversible and can be worn front or back.
