RACE INFO BARRAGE is an onslaught of 5 workouts every mile for 5 miles utilizing a street curb or step up platform (4" inch height required). Runners are required to wear a 20lb weight vest or back pack. Runners are also required to perform the following after every mile: 20 Step ups 20 Jump ups 20 Air squats 20 Lunges (10 each leg) 20 Mountain climbers (10 each leg) It's important that every runner practice and memorize the workouts in order as expected for this race.
