Guatemala Jasmin SHB EP Fancy is a blend of beautiful coffees from Huehuetenango and Cafes de Oriente. It exhibits unique qualities such as a complex combination of fruity and smooth cocoa notes with a citrus acidity. Its name comes from the distinct aroma created by blending two regions together, cafes de Oriente and Huehuetenango.  Huehuetenango gives it a high acidity and a winey quality, meanwhile cafes de Oriente gives it sweetness and body. This specific pair is what makes it a fancy cup status. SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) specifies that the coffee is grown at altitudes above 1350 meters.
