SkatePal and Home 60mm COARSE Grinding Wheels

A coarse grit electroplated grinding wheel for the SkatePal® to speed up the sharpening process. Used with SkatePal, Figure Skates and Home. -- long description -- Removes steel faster than the fine grit EP grinding wheel. It generally takes 1-2 cycles to sharpen one skate. A wheel lasts approx. 1000 cycles. The coarser grit gives the blade a rougher finish. Ideal for rental skate shops and others who want to save time when sharpening skates. 60 mm wheels are best for goalies-, figure- and bandy skates (avoid this dimension for hockey-, children and rental skates. For those skates we recommend 100 mm instead). Choose wheel with the desired hollow in the list above.
