It wasn’t engineered for high boost, heat, or fueling headroom. Our BAVMODS® Billet Port Injection Intake Manifold fixes all three. CNC-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aluminum, it replaces the brittle OEM plastic unit and integrates a secondary port-injection rail, allowing your 340i to finally deliver the fuel your tune demands.  The Fueling Advantage Direct injection alone caps the B58 Gen 1 near 480–520 whp — after that, the factory system runs out of fuel. Our billet design adds six additional injectors (one per runner), giving tuners total control over fueling balance and E85 support. Run E85 or flex-fuel safely without maxing stock injectors.
