Bay Colony Antiques is proud to offer for sale this very charming 19th century antique Sheraton cherry & tiger maple 1 drawer work table. This is a wonderful New England table with a solid tiger maple drawer face & exceptionally nice turned rope legs. The legs are decorated with a nice tight turning pattern transitioning to rope carvings and finally a series of dramatic flared turnings above the feet. The table retains all it's original integrity with pegged construction, hand cut dovetails with scribe marks, and hand chamfered bottoms rich with tool marks. We note minimal age expected wear to the top and a period accurate lock
