Our top hat showcases a "Mad Hatter" crown, skillfully blocked in vibrant purple parasisal. The brim is elegantly crafted from animal print sinamay straw, making it an ideal choice for any special occasion. This unique, one-of-a-kind piece features a crown that measures 5 1/2" at its highest point and 4 3/4" at its lowest. The brim is 2 1/2" wide and adorned with a stunning feather trim, including pheasant feathers and a delicate feather flower.  Each Bay Willow hat is thoughtfully handcrafted using traditional millinery techniques and eco-friendly, natural stiffeners, making it both gentle on the environment and a delight to wear.
