This listing is on Four PCS (4 PCS) of Round Adapter (1-1/2” pin dia.) for Forward I-10 lift or Rotary lift Trio Arms Only, they are NOT for other lift models.  These pads are made with sturdy steel construction; Rubber mats protect the finish and reduce the chance of slippage. They are not OEM but equivalent to Rotary lift T100272 or FJ-6219. They are to be used for lifting regular vehicles (Not trucks). Each adapter has 2,500lb. max. lifting capacity. Do not use it for more than 2,500lb. lifting.  Please use the center of the adapter to support the chassis, DO NOT use the edge of the adapter to support the chassis.  Please check your lift model and spec. prior to ordering to avoid errors.  The pin hole on your lift arm must be 1-1/2”, not 2”.  If you have any questions, please contact us.
