Kambamba Jasper

Kambaba Jasper is a green, rhyolitic (volcanic) stone found in Madagascar. It's also known as Kambaba Stone or Green Stromatolite Jasper.  Kambaba Jasper is 3 billion years old and is made up of:  Microcrystalline Quartz Stromatolites, which are ancient fossilized colonies created by cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) and other primeval microorganisms Kambaba Jasper is not a true jasper. It's also not a stromatolite, which is fossilized blue-green algae in a sedimentary rock.  Kambaba Jasper is found in the west-central Bongolava region of Madagascar. It's full of blackish, irregularly shaped orbs that cause it to closely resemble some types of stromatolite fossils.  Kambaba Jasper is said to have calming and relaxing energy.
