The BC Strength Bar 15kg | 25mm is a lighter version of our standard barbell and can be used for a wide range of exercises, including squats, deadlifts, presses and pulls. Shorter, lighter and thinner than our standard barbell, this product can be a better option for beginners or those who prefer the smaller dimensions as a means to  improve their grip or for additional versatility. The BC Strength Bar 15kg | 25mm holds standard Olympic plates (inside diameter of 2"). Please note that no weight plates are included with this purchase.
