What is it? A beta-hydroxy gel that is exfoliating, disinfecting, and has anti-itch properties.  For the treatment of inflamed acne and acne rosacea. What does it do? Exfoliates Brightens Antiseptic Who is it for? Skin Types: all skin types not pregnant or nursing Skin Conditions: acne, acne rosacea Key Ingredients: Salicylic Acid- a beta hydroxy acid with keratolytic and anti-inflammatory activity.  IT helps dissolve the top layer of the stratum corneum cells Salicylic Acid is an oil-soluble beta hydroxy acid and is recommended for skin that is prone to inflamed acne but cannot tolerate Mandelic Serum or Acne Gel. Salicylic Serum is the first choice for clients with Acne Rosacea. If they cannot tolerate Salicylic serum during the sensitivity test, test either Mandelic 8% or 5%.  Salicylic Serum should not be used by clients that are pregnant or nursing.
