Prime Standing Rib Roast ($38.99 per lb.)

Our PRIME graded rib roasts are dry aged to perfection. This roast is beautifully marbled, assuring it will always be tender, juicy and delicious. All of our roasts have there bone removed and tied back on for easy carving.  After cooking just cut the strings and the bone come right off.  This can be customized to the customers needs if they prefer to have it left untouched. We can season your roast with our famous B&E Butcher Blend, just ask at pickup.   We recommend ¾ - 1 pound per person.
