Product Description: Two whole bone-in, skin-on turkey legs,including thigh and drumstick. Portion of back attached. Deepbasted up to 15% with natural turkey broth. Sold frozen. Roasting Instructions: Remove plastic bag from thawedroast. Place flat on rack in shallow pan skin side up.Insert meat thermometer* into innermost part of roast.Determine total roasting time using chart below. Cover with lidor loose aluminum foil tent. Roast until internal temperaturereaches 165°. Remove cover for the last 30 minutes forfinal browning. Approximate roasting times:Conventional oven (325°F/165°C) – 30-40 minutes/lb.Convection oven (300°F/150°C) – 25-35 minutes/lb.*Always use a meat thermometer, never rely on appearance alone.
