Letters to Santa Intermediate Online Class

You've got mail! Welcome to my Letters to Santa Intermediate Cookie Class! I am so excited to have you along for the postal ride. There are two parts to this course. In the part 1 video you will learn how to color your icing with correct gel color ratios as well as achieving proper consistencies for each color. Part 1 is approximately 40 minutes long. Part 2 reveals the steps of decorating six unique designs: mailbox, postcard with envelope, Santa on the scooter, post office, typewriter, and a variety of mini stamps. This portion is just under 3 hours, but there is no pressure to complete it all in one sitting. You are free to pause and resume at your convenience.
