10/03/19 - This is a new version of this 2.6mm setter. The old one did not have the texture on the tip and the tip was a bit longer. The older version still works great but do not use it on stainless. You can used this version on stainless. Flat Back Crystal Setter Punch for 2.6mm Flat Back Swarovski Crystals - Beaducation Original This was made to create a divot in metal for our 2.6mm Swarovski flat back crystals to sit in. This new version has a shorter tip and the face of the stamp has texture on it. The texture transfers to the metal when stamped and helps the glue "grab" and hold. This stamp will work on stainless steel, however, it is very hard to displace that much metal when working on a hard metal like stainless. Strike the stamp/punch a few times with your hammer to create the divot. This works best on thicker metals (20g and thicker).
