Our 100% Peruvian coffee is an organic, swiss water decaf. Our coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss water method, which eliminates the coffee's caffeine using water rather than chemicals. This organic method protects all of us, including the farmers, from the harmful effects of harsh chemicals. This decaffeinated origin has flavors of tootsie roll, graham cracker, and chocolate syrup. All of our Peruvian beans are ethically traded, so the money goes directly to the farmers - which in turn is helping build and support local communities and villages in Peru. A portion of these proceeds goes to the orphaned river children
