This washed processed bean was roasted at a medium (city-plus roast) level to showcase natural notes of milk chocolate, red apple, and raisins. Clean and crisp with medium acidity and balanced mouthfeel. Delightful! This coffee is produced by Cafés Finos de Corquín (CAFICO), a family-run business committed to producing clean, sustainable, and organic certified coffees. As part of this pledge , they operate a water recycling system (reducing water usage by 80%), as well as equipment powered by solar and coffee parchment byproducts.
