The PuuMuk

Timeless Woods Pattern The PuuMuk is a blend of a Scandinavian Puukko and Nessmuk-style knife. Bear Forest Knives is a fan of both designs and wanted something that complemented them both. We went with the straight handle of a puukko without a guard and the blade of a Nessmuk. It has an overall length of 8.25 inches, with a 4-inch blade. Like the 'knives of old,' this blade is thin and meant to slice, butcher, skin, and whittle. The Raw finish allows the blade to absorb a natural patina from cutting green wood, vegetables, and meat. Add the PuuMuk to an axe and saw or jackknife for the ultimate Nessmuk trio!
