Sprout Momma Breads of Hilton Head Island, SC Our milling partners King Arthur Flour and Lindley Mills provide us with all organic, never bleached or bromated, flour including a variety of heritage grain, sprouted, whole rye and ancient grain. Our technique is working with highly hydrated doughs, long fermentation, and natural open air proofing, baked at high temperatures in stone ovens. Different leavening processes are used, such as our sourdough cultures, fresh yeast and wild raisin water.
