Our freeze-dried chicken hearts comes from heritage breed chickens that are GAP Step 3 certified, Certified Humane Raised & Handled, and allowed access to the outdoors.  Rich in taurine and other essential amino acids, chicken hearts are the perfect treat for cats and dogs of any age or size. We freeze-dry them to lock in freshness to provide a delicious, nutritious, and minimally-processed treat. -These chicken hearts are a raw, uncooked poultry item. While our trusted farm partners test each flock prior to processing and we are confident in the safety of our products, we understand some customers may prefer added peace of mind. If you have concerns about H5N1 or any other pathogens, we encourage you to choose one of our cooked poultry options instead.
