These dog chews are handmade in Nepal, at the foothills of the Himalayas, from just 4 simple ingredients: Yak Milk, Cow Milk, Lime Juice, Salt. The drying room gets heated by a small fire that is kept going the entire time. Slight hints of smoke bestow an earthy and spicy aroma with sweet undertones. This is the traditional way of making the world’s hardest cheese; Churpi, as it is known in Nepal.
