Paisley Confederate Shirt

While seemingly unusual, there are a number of both professionally made and field made examples of paisley shirts associated with Confederate units across the South. These range from both those made out of necessity from gather materials to more formally made examples. They are not isolated to individual armies, but do appear more prevalent in those in the West. The shirt is made from a fine cotton paisley, with the placket made from a slightly darker paisley fabric. The collar and outside pocket are trimmed to compliment the color of the shirt.
