Navy & Red Chiffon Pleated Top

There are so many cool details on this top, where do we start?!?!  First, the shoulders and about three inches in the front and the back, the fabric is very gathered together.  You'll see that again accented at the wrist too.  But the rest of the fabric is so flowy and just very flattering!   Could easily be dressed up for the office with navy pants, or paired with jeans.   SIZING:  This item runs oversized, so we suggest you sizing down one size no matter if you're busty or not because there is a lot of room in the chest area.   This material is a Polyester/Chiffon blend and will wear/wash/wad very well.
